- Where can we send the seemingly not-so-recyclable
products, like used motor oil and computer monitors? Well,
hopefully this site can help you find it. Recyclable
materials are like most low-profit margin products; you can't make
a living unless you produce a huge lots of the material.
Many common materials such as paper, cardboard, metal and plastic
are resurrected for second lives. Others are a bit more
complicated. Motor oil can be filtered and re-used. The toxic materials
like lead and cadmium in electronics can be stripped and re-used
as well. Some products can become hand-me-downs. Not
everyone likes to own top of the line stuff, second hand materials
are just fine. Utilize these websites to get you started.
