Description

This section should give the reader some resources available at the planet level.  These websites and books are in no way comprehensive.  For better resources about a particular subject, it is best to go to the specific page in greenhandbook.com.

There are noteworthy world agreements such as the Montreal Protocol which declared specific goals to eliminate products destroying the Ozone Layer.  Others are still being implemented, such as the Kyoto Protocol, despite the United States' non-involvement.

The best way to address environment issues is at the local level.  It's great to see umbrella organizations putting heavy influence on governments to do the right thing, but what better way to make a difference than to make your community safer and healthier.
